Approaching the ancient Valley of the Temples, you will make your way amid the sunlit, breeze-swept hills of Agrigento and Racalmuto, the birthplace of the celebrated writer Leonardo Sciascia. At 15 minutes from the Valley of the Temples here you are in a rural setting at just a few minutes from the township of Racalmuto with its restaurants serving countryside delicacies, its succulent pastry stores, its winery companies that produce a terrific Nero d'Avola, and of course a full-range of amenities: hospital, banks, fuel stations, pharmacies, newsstands, grocery stores, and a medical aid center.
The Tra I Frutti B&B is located at just 15 minutes from the splendid Valley of the Temples and at 17 minutes from the historical center of Agrigento, at 20 minutes from the coast and entertainment resort of San Leone. In 20 minutes you can reach the superb beaches of Lido Rossello, the Scala dei Turchi and the outstanding WWF nature reserve of Torre Salsa in Siculiana Marina, abounding with flora, fauna and unpolluted beaches.

By car
From Catania
Take the Autostrada A19 toward Palermo and take the Caltanissetta exit. Continue on Statale 640. After 35 Km you meet a first exit to Racalmuto, but you have to continue on SS640 until you reach the second exit to Racalmuto at the 26 Km of SS640. At this exit you can find the signal "bed and breakfast". Exit and continue on the left toward Castrofilippo direction following "B&B Tra i Frutti" signal. After 500 metres you are arrived.
From Palermo
Take the Autostrada A19 toward Catania and take the Caltanissetta exit. Continue right on SS 640 for Agrigento. After 35 Km you meet a first exit to Racalmuto but you have to continue on SS640 until you reach the second exit for Racalmuto at the 25 Km of SS 640. At this exit you can find the signal "bed and breakfast". Exit and continue on the right toward Castrofilippo direction following "B&B Tra i Frutti" signal. After 500 metres you arrive at "B&B Tra i Frutti"
If you decide to take the SS189 Palermo-Agrigento you have to take the exit Caltanissetta after Aragona. After few kilometres on your left you see the signs Racalmuto/Grotte. Don’t follow this signs and continue toward Caltanissetta until you pass under SS 640 bridge and you take at your right the SS 640 toward Caltanissetta ( don’t go toward Favara). When you are in the SS640 you meet a first exit for Racalmuto. You have not to exit form the SS640 but to continue until you reach the second exit for Racalmuto ( called “Naro - Racalmuto - Castrofilippo”) at the 26 Kilometre of the SS640, where you can find the signal “bed & breakfast”. Follow it and after 500 metres you will arrive at "B&B Tra i Frutti"
From Trapani
Follow the coastal route on SS 115 via Sciacca until you reach Porto Empedocle. After Porto Empedocle you have to turn right and to follow the sign Agrigento/Villa Seta/Casa di Pirandello; continue for few hundred metres and at the traffic light turn right toward Agrigento/Ospedale. After 1 km turn right and follow the sign Palermo/Raffadali/Spinasanto. Continue straight on toward Palermo and follow the signs Palermo/Caltanissetta you will find before on your left and after on your right. You will take SS 189 toward Palermo/Caltanissetta/Canicattì continue for few Km and take the exit on the right Caltanissetta/Canicattì. On your left you see the signs Racalmuto/Grotte. Don’t follow this signs and continue toward Caltanissetta until you pass under SS 640 bridge and you take at your right the SS 640 toward Caltanissetta ( don’t go toward Favara). When you are in the SS640 you meet a first exit for Racalmuto. You have not to exit form the SS640 but to continue until you reach the second exit for Racalmuto ( called “Naro - Racalmuto - Castrofilippo”) at the 26 Kilometre of the SS640, where you can find the signal “bed & breakfast”. From Siracusa
Follow the coastal route on SS 115 via Noto, Rgusa and Gela until you reach Agrigento. At the roundabout of the Valley of the Temples take SS 640 for Caltanissetta., after 15 Km you meet a first exit to Racalmuto but you have to continue on SS640 until you reach the second exit for Racalmuto at the 25 Km of SS 640. At this exit you can find the signal "bed and breakfast". Exit and continue on the right toward Castrofilippo direction following "B&B Tra i Frutti" signal. After 500 metres you arrive at "B&B Tra i Frutti".
From Agrigento
At the roundabout of the Valley of the Temples take SS 640 for Caltanissetta. In these days there are some works in progress on the SS 640. So after few kilometers they ask to exit from SS640 and to follow the way towards Palermo SS189 and after again towards Caltanissetta until you enter again in the SS640 ( you have not to follow the signs Racalmuto Grotte you meet before entering again in the SS 640) . When you are in the SS640 you meet a first exit for Racalmuto. You have not to exit form the SS640 but to continue until you reach the second exit for Racalmuto ( called “Naro - Racalmuto - Castrofilippo”) at the 26 Kilometre of the SS640, where you can find the signal “bed & breakfast”. Follow it anda after 500 metres you will arrive at B&B Tra i Frutti .
